I read the news today oh boy! Page 1,509

You're really trawling now and sadly again I don't think you're convincing yourself.
It's odd but I feel I took you seriously when making such an imbecilic point, then I'd be insulting you by calling you an imbecile.
Which you're not.

We've just spent the last few pages discussing the various points, how could that be considered trawling, trolling or a variation of the two? (trowling?)

Please illuminate me as to which point that you thought was imbecilic? (aside from the 'don't be an old lady' which was a joke)

Comparing assisted suicide with violent murder and the perpetrators as such.

As someone who has been killed by dignitas I find your remarks remarkable insensitive.

Especially as I am sending this message via celebrity psychic and drunk driver Derek Akora.

Laughing out loud

Though your point does back up my statement about normalising murder so it's seen as acceptable. Giving it a different nomenclature such as 'assisted suicide' doesn't change what it is. A rose by any other name, etc.

(Oh and say hello to Lofty for me from the ethereal plane)

Murder isn't an inherently bad thing.

I mean if by murder you mean the deliberate removal of another's life.

I think we're all pretty much agreed that if the police had shot Rigby's killers in the head, the world would be a slightly happier place.

Definitely. Plus think of the cost savings, a single 9mm slug costs maybe £1 each if bought in bulk. Maybe throw in an IPCC investigation and a quickie cremation, the whole incident would have cost less then £10,000 of tax payer money.

Compare that with the never ending court costs, the additional security, clothing, feeding and housing him for the rest of his life. Then whenever you have to drag people into court - from witnesses to family members to police officers - everyone is out of pocket again.

We should outsource all this stuff to India.

Sorry if I upset you RCP just a bit sensitive about trivialising death at the moment. And for me at least 'the media' is very low down in important things in life.

If I'm hitting too close to home at the moment then I apologise sincerely. I've met you Marc, you're a great guy, I don't want to upset you personally.

Let's change the subject and make fun of the Irish PM visiting the UK at the moment. Look at him, he's a funny wee fella -

Nor me :) just watched the new Moone. Very funny

Tremendous sympathy for Bob and her family but hoe and why could the Sun have 6 pages on the death of a celebrity couple's daughter?

I'm doubting it had a negative impact on their sales.
