it just seems to relentlessly grim, I mean can't they meet a survivalist group of riki masseurs who holed up in a functioning dunkin donuts.
And they could have a couple of nice episodes where they have decent coffee and bear claws whilst getting their tension squeezed out.
I mean then zombies could eat all the masseurs and wreck the dunkin donuts.
This is just relentless grimness.
I don't really find it grim.

Yep, I am convinced that it's cannibal town, we saw that fenced off pit full of human remains, plus we heard other bods in shipping containers as well as all of the doors that were unlocked led to 'A' - the cattle car.
My problem with all of this 'A', 'B' and 'C' stuff that it reminded me too much of online multiplayer shooters - 'Cover me, I'm taking B!'

It's so aggravating! So slow, so drawn out. It's had 5 seasons for character development, most shows manage that it 2!
Yes, I like Rick, Daryl, Carol and I LOVED The Governor but the rest are just bloat. It's like a f**king soap opera with the amount of characters knocking about.
Maggie and Glenn are okay but are these really the most interesting characters that can leave us with in an apocalypse?

I think it's the most-watched show on TV (maybe just cable?) so I doubt it'll be canceled anytime soon. AMC is making a fortune in advertising revenue.

Lol. I still love it. I'm always hoping for an ep with a shit ton of talking, I want to know more about the characters, dammit. So I guess I prefer the eps that you think are slow and drawn out.
I think one of the makers said recently he had 12 seasons planned out.
They just finished filming the pilot for the spinoff series, so maybe you'll like it better. I've read that it will take place in Los Angeles and will show the early days of the outbreak.
