I ate some glutenfree buckwheat noodles, 2 fried eggs and a nice slice of bacon :D

Stewed with a little fresh ginger.
They had a ton on offer at the supermarket, so the Dear Lady Wife bought up a load and jarred it up.
Doubtless the kids will snaffle it all up this W/E...

Currently cooking some chicken chunks with honey, lemon, mustard and paprika. It's sweet, sour, savoury and spicy all in one. An amazing snack to pick at. Pretty healthy too.

My dad made some nice singapore noodles with chicken, shrimp and spring onions earlier. Tasty stuff.

Did I mention that I bought some Wensleydale with salted caramel in it at the weekend? It's cheese that's sweet and absolutely delicious.

I do love sweet cheese. I'm so glad it's become popular lately.
