House Of Fools - Series 1 Page 16

I noticed this on their shelving unit:

Fun episode, but slightly slower in places than a couple of the others have been.

Just to let you younger people know the tune they use every week was originally "Day trip to Bangor" by Fiddlers Dram.

I must be old, I can't believe anyone wouldn't know that was what it was! :(

:)

Just thought there may be one or two.

I found that hilarious. If they'd all been as good as this and the pilot, it would have been an astonishing series. As it is, a decent effort.

Each week I watch it and conclude 'I don't think I'll bother watching the rest'. But I've ended up watching every episode, laughed a little and felt disappointed at the end.

Looks like the BBC are thinking of axing it, but Stephen Fry is leading a Twitter campaign to recommission it. I don't think I'm bothered either way.

I thought last night's was easily the best episode. Very funny.

I agree with every word.

I agree with every word.

I agree too, and have to say I have been very disappointed with all of the series.

I love Vic and Bob - Big Night Out, Shooting Stars, but this I found stilted.

The last episode:-

Take yer cap off
I haven't got a cap on
No! Lens cap
But I haven't got anyone's cap on

No, sorry, that is poor.

But it's supposed to be!

Exactly!

Do you honestly think V&B thought that was a hilarious joke ?

They're mentalists

This is what they do !

I haven't watched this episode yet
But that sounds like one of their better ones,

Been rewatching Bang Bang and my favourite running gag had to be parking where they're doors are blocked, with my all time being at the petrol station where they and the monkeys sit looking back and forth at one another . . .

I Like it when they open the boot and it flies off into the air accompanied by some mad zany music

F**ng bonkers !!
