The pilot screening was held at Derby Quad cinema, it completely sold out, over 200 seats.

It was very well received and we were overwhelmed with the feedback #jobseekerssitcom .

After the screening we were immediately approached by several consultants and we are currently working together to pitch the series to various TV networks.

As a Derby lad myself I wish you all the best with this.

Could do with some jokes if sitcom. And if comedy/drama... Could do with some drama. Sorry to be negative you have obviously spent time and money on it.

A bit harsh. It seems a bit of a slow-burner, maybe in the style of, say, Teachers.

That said, for such a project, showing a whole scene (especially the opening, scene-setting one) might not be the best 'teaser'. Maybe a montage of selected lines/snippets might have been more suitable.

It was well-produced and passably-acted enough, that I felt I was watching something on the actual TV. Not necessarily something good from the actual TV, but something on it nevertheless.

However, I wasn't 100% convinced by the 'geezer' bloke, or the sacked guy. Neither were terrible, but something wasn't quite right.

The goatee guy looks like a natural though.

I didn't want to be the first one to say it as a lot of effort has obviously gone into this, but there's almost no jokes in it.

If they want to do something with this in a professional capacity I would posit your review was a lot harsher than mine, Simon.

Here is another scene from Jobseekers for your consideration https://vimeo.com/84767398
