I don't think there's any topic that can't be used as the basis of humour. As they say, tragedy + time = comedy. There have been plenty of 9/11 jokes and stand-up routines after all.
There was also a comedian who caused an outcry by doing a Reece Jones (is that his name?) gag in Liverpool.
But, there has to be a point and it has to be funny. I'm not sure this achieves either. Even without the shock value, the verses aren't amusing and I can't imagine this ever being performed without a lynching a happening.
Fundamentally, I think there's a big difference between doing a Maddie joke as a one-liner in a stand-up routine and doing a whole song on her disappearance simply to slander her parents. You could get away with a good joke (though a few might object), however the song is unperformable unless all you value is shock over comedy.
