Foxes.
Down to one chook again.

You've got my sympathy. There were so many foxes around here that I couldn't ever let the chickens out unless I was standing guard.

Do your chickens have names? And if so what are they? :)

You learn not to name them.
The fox is called 'F**ker', if that's any help.

Laughing out loud

Speaking of chickens, I'm not a squeamish man, I can pretty much eat my dinner through every single graphic show on television - Maggot infested corpse? More fried rice please. Man crushed by tank? Mmm, pizza. Embarrassing Bodies - pass the hot dogs. Etc.

However what always, always freaks me out is when you crack open an egg and there's a partially formed chicken foetus inside covered in blood.

Sick

always

How often does that happen to you?

Quote: Gordon Bennett @ 4th February 2014, 3:04 PM GMT

How often does that happen to you?

It's happened three times in my life and that's enough. If you think that kind of trauma is too infrequent to be harrowing, you might want to give up your job at the rape crisis centre.
