It will be interesting to see if the US extradite her. On the face of it, there is no reason not to. But it will not sit well with American public opinion.
Having read about the trial, this seems just so full of crap.
It's rare to see a story unite the media so totally in this being a miscarriage of justice. It was a bullied confession, which didn't match with character, forensic evidence was just flubbed.
Frankly I think Obama should shell Milan for this. I hope they don't extradite her.

I don't think Foxy Knoxy is going to Italy anytime soon and I think if the US government even tried to extradite her, American citizens would go sparko.
From the BBC article you quoted:
'Rudy Guede from the Ivory Coast was convicted of her murder at an earlier trial and sentenced to 16 years in prison.
Prosecutors sought to prove Ms Kercher had died in a sex game involving Knox and Sollecito that went wrong.
They have since alleged that the murder resulted from a heated argument over cleanliness in the Perugia apartment.'
Besides those libtards in Italy actually tried to block America from deporting some terrorist bastards who were hiding out in Italy.
So they've rather blown their hands haven't they.

America has no truck with terrorist types, they want to put the remaining Boston Marathon bomber to death -

In other news, one of Lee Rigby's killers is applying to appeal his conviction -

It must be painful to sit on something as sharp as that.

It came out much more sarcastic than I intended

Thats his right, and the more he exercises the more he proves our justice system works.
I am confused though why no one has tried to prove he's mentally ill and locked him up for ever as a danger to himself and the community.
Hearings under the mental health act wouldnt be publicised.

And the more of our tax money he spends and the more he forces the victim's family to suffer and the more publicity he gets for his radical cause.
Well I think he's entitled to appeal I'm not sure it needs to be heard or granted.
And when the government starts talking about special interests and victims rights. Then you end up with secret courts and the CPS saying prosecuting hippies taking cheese out of bins is in the public interest.
The law is the law and should never, ever bend to sentiment or public pressure, unless that pressure is directed at the law makers in Westminster. That's the kind of bollocks Jackie Spliff used to favour.

I quite agree.
Shoot the f**ker.
I think the world would be a happier place if on that day the Met Police had gone for head shots.
But they didn't.

I think the CPS made a colossal mistake charging Rigby's killers with a civilian criminal murder charge but unlike America, we don't have any specific terrorist laws. If we did, we could have renditioned their arses all the way to Guantanamo Bay and never heard from them ever again.
