Lee is wondering where everyone is and any there isn't an active discussion happening right now in General. C'mon people! How was your day?

He said going offline 25min later . . .

No stamina, that boy.

:D

Kids today. I don't know. If we'd have the internet in the 60s we would have been up until 10 or 11 o'clock!

It's not so different, you'd have been tired from hand cranking your computer and I am also tired from hand cranking...

Subway update:

No response to the message I sent and on poking my head round the door earlier the alarm was still bleeping - I make that roughly 216,000 bleeps and counting...

Interestingly the guy behind the counter said that the owner was 'popping in' later. Coincidence or not that might be progress of sorts.

An email from Subway!

Thank you for notifying me of the rather irritating bleeping noise you experienced at our Subway store.

We have investigated it and can confirm there was an error on the panel. I am pleased to say also that it was not a disabling error so the alarm was still active should an emergency have arisen.

Many thanks for bringing this matter to our attention. I'm sure the staff and customers are grateful to you for the public duty you so kindly exercised.

Kind regards

So...

Where are my vouchers? ;)

Ben has had a terrible morning where he thought he'd lost all his contact lenses and glasses. He also got up late for work. He managed to get in on time and his optical objects have been found. So things are looking up.

Except dogs.

Except dogs.

And audiences at the Apollo.
