Today:
Nelson's is still columny and vertical, Eros has lost his arrow, which is causing some local disruption, then over to Queen Vic's memorial which has become yellow and sandy overnight, palace officials are looking into that and finally over to George IV in trafalgar, it looks like someone has dressed him as a Ghostbuster, not sure what is happening there. So that's all for today. Back to the news.

In a pickle. Trying to decide if I should speak up about something at work. My pickle is that if I bring up the issue- it's going to look like I'm trying to talk myself up/take credit for something, which I don't want, however if I don't I might be making life hard for someone when I go away.

You work at Branstons?
Maybe 'inadvertently' point it out to someone else who is likely to act on it.
Subway update:
No response to the message I sent and on poking my head round the door earlier the alarm was still bleeping - I make that roughly 216,000 bleeps and counting...
Interestingly the guy behind the counter said that the owner was 'popping in' later. Coincidence or not that might be progress of sorts.
Ben had to forego his haircut this evening as he left his phone at work and had to go back and get it. D'oh.
You need your phone to have a haircut?
Or are you psychologically unable to be away from your phone for a half-day?

How else would I call my girlfriend?!
Does Bill have it in for you, Ben?
Maybe a little weed could help them get along?
Lee is wondering where everyone is and any there isn't an active discussion happening right now in General. C'mon people! How was your day?
Day was unbelievably exciting. I bought grapes in Morrison and sat in the car while my son went to the bank, plus I wasted an inordinate amount of my remaining time on earth by playing Bubble Witch and Candy Crush on Facebook. And did I mention that I took a load of washing out of the tumble-drier?
