Correct.

It is that. Tarantino is still delivering full on entertainment.
That Dynamo magician, he's amazing! He takes a tattooed lady who has very obviously obscured part of her tattoo with make-up, and rubs it off to reveal the original tattoo below. How on earth is that even possible? I mean, she's a complete stranger, isn't she?
Well at least it's all done with genuine showmanship; who could fail to be swept along by his sparkling patter, delivered in that mumbling monotonous accent?
Quote: Shandonbelle @ 19th January 2014, 8:45 PM GMTWHAT?? you've missed loads Lee!
I didn't care much for either Inception or Shutter island. But I did love Gangs of New York but it's everything in between I pretty much missed.
Leo was definitely more exciting in the old days, when he was one of a few amazing young actors. Now he's grown up he's just another decent adult actor.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. I'm rather enjoying these films, and not just because Jennifer Lawrence is lovely to look at.
They're good for what they are. Quite enjoyed the ending too, along with Jennifer Lawrence's badass revenge face.

Loved Inception, Shutter Island looked great, but was so dumb.

I liked all three of them.
Shutter Island is good, Inception is a waste of a good idea and having read Gangs of Newyork before I saw the film it was ruined
even then that film belongs to Pierce Brosnan
But in DiCaprio is excellent, Gilbert Grape, the Aviator even though the film isnt much cop.

There's a turn at the end of SI that you guess at the start but think 'no, that's so obvious, it's what they want you to think is going to happen, but it's a red herring'. But no, they go ahead and do it.

Yes, exactly, they won't be winning any prizes but they're engrossing enough. She's gonna kick some arse.

It surprised me that Scorcese went for that "oh so innovative" concept of the mindf**ker finale after Night Shyamalan squeezed the last drop out of that idea years ago.
In terms of Leonardo, I shall soon watch this new one of his, Teenwolf on Wall Street.
DiCaprio is also very good in Catch Me If You Can.
