Best minor characters in sitcoms?

What are your favourite minor characters in sitcoms that make you laugh just as much as or sometimes even more that the main character? My personal list would be:

UK:
Manuel (Fawlty Towers)
Baldrick (Blackadder)
Grim, Gladstone and Goody (The Thin Blue Line)
Brian Topp (Spaced)
Tim and Keith (The Office)
Magda and Marty (Lead Balloon)

US:
Butters (South Park)
Dwight Schrute and Kevin Malone (The Office)
Ron Swanson and April Ludgate (Parks and Rec)

I wouldn't call Grim a minor character, more like a second lead. But I agree he's great.
