Quote: Jennie @ 10th January 2014, 12:03 AM GMTAnyone got any good insomnia cures? Haven't slept until 4am the last four nights and it is starting to do my head in
What I do is think of new sitcom ideas, characters etc. or sketches and always find I fall asleep as my stress brain (work, family, DIY jobs that need doing etc.) switches off.
