I'm not sure him sueing is a good idea. There is a strong chance he won't win the case, and so he'll have huge lawyer and court fees to pay and he could end up in even more financial difficulty than he is at the moment. It sounds like a big gamble to me.....
I recently read about how "Statto", from Fantasy League Football, has declared himself Bankrupt, after losing all his money through gambling.

The gambler is right to sue. William Hill acted like a crack dealer in this case, the guy asked for help using an industry recognised system of declaring himself an addict and they stitched him up for their own gain.
Classic example of an easy headline not reflecting the actual story.
