Nope, nor what the Island is exactly, but we know it is magical.
I reckon Hurley is just dreaming it all. That would be soooooooooooo boring if that is the case.
Lost Page 2
I reckon it's another shitty American programme.
Quote: Charley @ February 20, 2008, 4:13 PMI am loving this series.. It is driving me gaga.
I am also madly in love with the ex torturer Saied. He is stunning & the body on him. Ooooh & his hair. Gawd! He can rip my figernails off anytime.

A nicely succinct review.

Ahh the scotsman. Yes he is lurrvely. I would do him. Oh & Jack & Sawyer. Mmmmmmmmm Mmmmmmmm!
That new guy, Daniel, is very nice!
I watched the first and second season and some of the third when I realized what a waist of time that show was. It has no idea where it's going. I asked a friend recently who I knew still watched it and asked him if if it was worth tunning back into. His response was "No don't just be glad you got out when you did, it just gets dumber and dumber and I keep watching hoping to get rewarded for my time it feels like a loosing night at the Casino".
Although I really like Abrams stuff this show makes me angry.
I still can't believe the black cloud monster was never explained. What the f**k? So can anyone tell me ANYTHING? I'm not talking about the relationships with characters or whatever, I mean the Island itself. Has anything at all been explained? I stopped watching this show over a frigging year ago for God's sake! I can't believe you're all as clueless as you were when it started.
I'm starting to believe the writers really DON'T know what they're doing. It's like a 7-year-old's story.
"Once there was a island and sum peeple crashed on it on a plane and but they didnot die and then there wuz a scary monster in the woods but it wasnt a monster it was a polar bear but not really. Then the monster was a cloud of black bees and a man was really scared. Then there was a hole in the ground with yummy food and some ate it but some never. And they stayed on the island for a long long time and lots of things happened that was weird but didnt make sense then a man woke up and it was all a dream the end."

I love your analogy!
If anyone else plays the game...I just lost.

I must admit if this is the case I do feel sorry for them in a way... when they cobble together an 'answer' at the end of the last series to explain all the weird stuff I hope for their sakes it is spot on... otherwise they're going to have a lot of people wanting several days of their lives back!
p.s. please let it be: "it was all a dream"
I *BET* it'll be one of them in coma. The plane really did crash, but they were rescued within a few days, only one of them went into a coma and hasn't come out.
Think, Life on Mars.
