actually its a bullshit story from a secondrate hongkong tabloid.
If it was reported in a Chinese newspaper, then you have to believe it. I have a tendency to treat this story as a bit of sensationalistic nonsense - not because the North Koreans aren't capable of such cruelty, I just can't believe they still have 120 dogs left in the country.

And here you have the perfect storm of Labour and Tory policies coming together to screw everyone over.
Tory - caps on benefits, direct payments to the tenant and not the landlord, demonization of the unemployed.
Labour - open door immigration policy, the destruction of apprenticeships, lack of new council homes.
Tory and Labour - no caps on foreign investors buying up new properties.
I'd like to congratulate both parties for their short sighted greed and hatred of humanity - bravo!
