I don't care who wrote it Moffatt's da boss
and he has the following trope in about half his episode
RANDOM NORMAL CHARACTER
Oh Dr/Sherlock you and James Corden, that Dalek, horse, piece of furniture are both gay. How lovely why don't you get married and have a baby,
DR/SHERLOCK
We're not gay, how amusing.
It's kinda a crappy trope.

Moffat and Gatiss wrote themselves into a corner with the roof jump and gave themselves a way out by putting not one but two bullshit explanations in the show.
It also goes against the whole 'Molly being the important one', as it seems teams of government agents supplied by Mycroft should have got the credit.
Lazy hack faced scummers.
Oh and a bomb going off on a tube train under the Houses of Parliament on Guy Fawkes Night - P For Plagiarism.
On the upside, the computer graphics for the destruction of the Palace of Westminster was pretty good.
The one thing I don't get is people who slate Who but praise Sherlock.
Ok now pay attention, they are beneath a few tropes and tricks are basically the same show.
Some drama, cool shots, bit of irony, bit of wit, a huge wink at the audience and they're kinda fun. Providing you're not looking for plot or tension.
Basically what the Avengers and other funky cult shows have been doing for years.
Sherlock's problem is unlike Who it's 90 minutes long and that's a bit long, for what's basically a nicely shot gang show.
