I prefer it with some Châteauneuf-du-Pape myself, but each to his own.

Today I are be mostly eating CRUMPETS!!!.
I have returned to the dark side.
Just ate a banana for the first time in about a week. Later on I'll be dining on a nice pulled pork pasta dish.
I never eat pork and don't know exactly what 'pulled pork' is. It conjures up a horrible vision of a poor wee pig being dragged behind a tractor!
It's slow cooked so you can literally pull strands off.
Pulled pork is AMAZING.
I supposed it does sound a bit weird though, out of context.
Its one of those trendy things like peri peri I dislike
Duck.
Trendy is quinoa or whatever, not pulled pork!
I haven't tried quinoa yet. Keep meaning too, but I generally avoid excess carbs these days.

Quninoa's mostly protein isn't it, it's one of those things vegans eat to avoid dying of anemea.
It's not especially nice and looks very off putting.

It is so too trendy, there's a Pret pulled pork soup. You don't get any trendier or inuendo laden then that.
Well I am so untrendy I don't even know about that stuff!
I think of pulled pork as being one of those old fashioned things that are in every episode of Man Vs Food, and that American places have sold since time began.
Well that's how it works it's all about rediscovering old style foods and making them trendy and fuzion.
The weird thing being that these foods were often the recipes of the poor and looked down on in their age.
I haven't been able to find decent ribs any where in the UK.
But found a Mexican restaurant that does tamales today, but at a tenner a throw bit pricey.

It's high protein and high carb. I kind of imagine it tastes like couscous, but I can't be sure obviously.
