PLease tell me that sheep isn't wearing a suspender belt! :O

Just received a junk email headed Greetings, well-hung sweetheart! How life treats you?‏

How on Earth could she know?

Does anyone else's heart fill with dread the moment they hear their doorbell go? So many fears about who it could be: the police, carol singers, charity folk, small children offering to wash your car, the neighbours asking for help with some heavy lifting...

Have you thought of putting a tinsel-trimmed picture of Jimmy Saville in the window?

Laughing out loud

How the crunk is it nearly 11.30? It was like 10 o'clock a few minutes ago...

84 to be precise :P

For Christmas Day, I bought a 'three bird roast' from Tesco. it says you have to cook it from frozen, which mildly concerns me. Any thoughts?

I'm sure it'll be fine. I don't really know how they decide on the cooking instructions for some things, though - I've had cartons of soup that ask to be microwaved so long that they must surely be reaching molten lava temperatures, and fillets of fish that say they need to be cooked to for so long that they lose all flavour and any bit of moisture they ever had until they more closely resemble chicken than fish. Eh?

We've got that for boxing day! We thought it looked rather fun.

How long does it say to cook it for?

It's very generous of you to cook it the day before us, now I can use you as my guinea pig. ;)

Had one of those last week. Very tasty.

I would think that maybe you should keep it in the freezer.

If you don't hear from me after Christmas, bin it.

Yes - it's frozen so it's in the freezer.
