Er sorry Godot, but I fear for your personal judgment on this one, after agreeing with you on many other things. Superb footballer yes, but a vile worm of a sportsman. Maybe not nasty like Vinny Jones, but a worm of a pro sportsman and a stop at nothing cheat. Just my views after some serial biting and diving, the first premiership ban for racial insults, the tawdry refusal to shake hands when his victim was willing to, so churning it all up again for his club, a complete absence of loyalty to a great and very loyal club when he wanted out in the summer, using the British media targeting of him as the excuse, then completely forgetting this barely weeks later when the only bid came in from Arsenal.
Oh and not forgetting that amazing disgrace of a handball that denied Africa their first world cup semi final team. Great player, total worm. We'll be facing him in Brazil, I bet he's already practicing his box of dirty tricks to send us out. Sorry, that's my views on him. And he has such wonderful skills.
