Ted

A Little poem!
(All characters are completely fictional, any resemblance to persons living or dead is purely coincidental!)

Ted!

There once was a poster named Ted,
Who would post many scripts all day long,
Most were original off the top of his head,
Some were weak, but some were quite strong.

He would ask you for your opinion,
Then scold you for speaking your mind,
He'd abuse and insult you with ferocious wrath,
He really could be quite unkind.

You see the problem with ted was,
He thought he was simply the best,
And that being a writer was his God given right,
And he should be an instant success,

But sadly for Ted his good writing,
Failed to bring him his fame,
And after a while when he did not get famous,
He needed someone to blame,

He knew it could not be his own fault,
Having more talent than any other,
So it must be the system that's letting him down,
Maybe he'd go on Big Brother?

But Teddie is no longer with us,
No more stories will he ever conduct,
We'll no longer hear him rant and complain,
Then tell us to all go and get F***ed.

And as I think of young Teddie,
Slowly I start to reminisce,
For of all the aspiring writers on here!
He is one,
I truly will miss.

Funny HaHaHa

c'mon this is just mean spirited and reflects poorly on you and the forum

I bet you stayed up all night to come up with that load of shite.

Of all the Deluded, self Important, failures on here!

Weren't you supposed to be off to New York after being headhunted to write the next "Friends"?

I hate bullies.

Bloody hell it only took me a minute, God Shandy are you getting angry.

:D

I save the best for the worst ;)

How interesting I forgot, that perhaps Funny hahaha is being mean to a brother writer...

Well, he was down to write the "sarcastic, wise-cracking Englishman". So maybe we're just getting a foretaste of what we can expect to see on our screens next year.

I got as far as filling in the form to report this, but reporting stuff like this doesn't feel quite right to me. The reason I was going to report is because any form of bullying behaviour should not be acceptable here - regardless of the victim. This is how we get the kind of blow-ups we've had recently on this forum and, as Sooty says, it makes this whole place look at bit pathetic.

I've seen other threads coming up mocking ex-members as well - one of which was only a teenager as far as I could tell - which just seems like a waste of energy and a poor reflection on the posters here.

The more good writers that are attracted to the board, the better critique we get and the more we can learn from each other. The more behaviour like this we have, the more people will be put-off or leave and the whole forum will go downhill.

Let's be adults.

This is very poorly written and some basic grammar mistakes are unforgivable. In general forums it is ok to quickly post something off, but in critique do yourself the favour of making it as best you can. It is not a wall to piss against or scrawl misspelled grafitti.

This is better written and in my opinion as previously expressed elsewhere is on the money.

sglen for President.

sglen for President.

She swears too much!

True, but she did write that really dirty sketch once. I think she's the perfect candidate.

Yeah ok got my vote!

I'm wrapped in a blanket eating ham straight out of the packet. I'm happy to lead the people, of course, so long as I don't have to stop doing this.

You will never let me live that down!
