Once my memberships cancelled I will never look at this site again as it would only wind me up and I would have no way of replying, so you can say what you want when I've gone because I won't see it.
But while I'm here if one person can come on and justify the use of a posters family as a legit target then I would be interested to see the chain of thought behind that one.
She did not attack your family at all, she was saying that the way you talk to people on here conjures the image of family life at your house that is contrary to your statements about your home life. That is 100% about how you behave on here, nothing to do with attacking your family.
Have you been taking lessons from David Smith about how to leave a forum? You're "I'll leave when my membership is cancelled but until then I'll call you all wankers" is like an exact duplicate of his departure.
Teddy, I don't want to see you go under a cloud like this. I think the only person who can clarify what was meant is keewik herself.
I agree with sglen and other posters that it seemed aimed at you and not your family, it was an insinuation that you must be a tyrant at home going on your persona on the boards...for what it's's worth I believe it was uncalled for and unkind, someones family life is a sensitive one so I can see why you snapped...but...she was going on her perception of you, you got to admit you have crossed her a few times on here and put the whole thing into context.
Put your energies into writing, and don't be going off in a bleedin huff!

Teddy, I remember an incident where I dared to critisise one of your Sketches...or rather asked you to explain the punchline to me. You immediately called me a coathanger and my country a "nation of coathangers". I didn't report you because I thought you're just a dick with an anger problem.
You really are a surprisingly touchy git for someone who is no stranger to insulting other people and getting personal.
