Prince is abomidable even though all his films are star vehicles.

The Beatles films are all kinda wonderful.

Especially the one they werent in.

Has anybody seen the movies Mick Jagger was in...Freejack and that 60s one?

Toxic whore.

But a lovely singer

If you mean lovely at singing, then No.

How's about Elvis
He was in some of the greatest movies of the 20th century

Clambake
Double Trouble
Live a little Love a little
to name a few

Both good but completely diferent. Freejack is a ridiculous 80s action, cyber punk mash up and he just mucks about.

Blow up is an awesome artefact from when London exploded.

But then you have to mention Dean Martin as well.

Ok then Cher

Now she was in some good movies as far as I know.

Mermaids, The boy with an arse for a face.

Yup good films.

Moonstruck

Justin Timberlake
There's another one who seems to have made the crossover with some success.

Steve you're an Elvis man don't you hate how he spent so much of his youth, when he should have been touring and writing and building himself as the God he became. Filming trashy movies, before playing Vegas becausethat's what his degenerate manager wanted.

George Formby

Don't think he was in Blow Up was he? Seems a bit early at 1966. Are you thinking of Performance?

Mos Def is Quote decent...liked him in Hitchiker's Guide.

He made a convincing drunk. Even when not playing one.
