Stewart Lee - Much a Stew About Nothing

This is basically a practice for the new series of Comedy Vehicle, but really worth seeing. All new stuff, some more polished than other bits, but fascinating to see him trying stuff out. Great value too, with 4 shows of material at just over 2 hours. Leicester Square Theatre always seems to be good value for most acts and I prefer it to the massive venues.

New series of CV you say?

Yesss

Two more were commissioned at once: series 3 and 4!

Excellente.

Saw it at Leicester Square, on the night of the Telegraph reviewer. Lee was superb, the three sets really funny. Staggeringly so.

And was he having a direct go at Cavendish?

Going to see this tonight, at Leicester Square. Cannae wait.
