I really hate that.
I used to work somewhere that that had one person rostered for morning shift and one who would work the afternoon. I mostly got the morning shift and the would be releived by the same person. They would nearly always be about 15 minutes late because the bus they got only got them there in time if it was exactly on time. Really used to annoy me becuase I knew where they lived and that if they bothered to try and get the one about 15mins they would have been on time.
I aslo hate when you are due to meet someone and they tell you five minutes before they are a hour late....You have to know sometime before that you won't make it.

Lateness is very annoying. I'm occasionally late to things, but it's a rare occurrence. It's the repeat offenders who are worthy of bile.

In fairness in Scotland most of the grandmas are 7 so the conversation skills aren't upto much.
