Ok, this isn't exactly a theme tune but Ronnie Barker spoke the opening lines of Porridge.

I think Paul Shane (with Bob Monkhouse) also sang the theme tune to You Rang, M'Lord?. :D I liked that show Lovey

I think Minder looks like a lot of the more gangstery bits of EastEnders sewn together.

The Old Guys sing the theme in series 2.
Kath and Kim... Kim sings the theme tune.
South Park the kids all have singing parts in the theme.
