I've never watched him on TV, but I always think his pictures look a bit simpery.

I think he looks a lot better on TV than he does in pictures. But he is a bit... whispery or something. But it's cute.

There are a lot of Northern men in indie bands who look like Ian Brown. And Cox does have a teeny tiny bit of that look, so I know what you mean. Is probably just his hair.
