I recently sent my copy of Halo 4 to them as a trade in
Anyway I waited and waited and I never got confirmation that they received it
Oh well j though - its lost in the post and that's that
Anyway I emailed them and guess what ? They paid me the £20 anyway ! I could have made the whole thing up
The customer service is second to none
I love Amazon's customer service! I once bought three mp3 boxset albums and when they downloaded the tracks were all messed up. I emailed them just to let them know that they needed to sort the problem and they gave me a full refund - £35 of free music because I had to change some track numbers!

B-b-but PayPal are worse than Nazis! They do all sorts of dodgy things such as hold your money for up to 6months whilst they earn interest off it and watch your home business sink
