No, never found them much good. I even went as far as buying this gas stuff you spray in the bottle and then put a stopper in. It was a load of pony, to be honest. Half bottles are the only acceptable solution. Thanks for your concern though, people.

Very happy occurrence on the canal bank.
Two fat power walkers walking towards me heads in phones. Me on bike at full tilt (well as full as I go anyway) I thought f**k it! I'm always slowing down for these morons so I just gunned it. About five feet away they impressively in perfect synchronisation looked up. F**k me!. The one on the left leaped into a bush and the other one very nearly ended up in the canal. But ended on her arse. I nearly crashed the bike as I was busy looking backwards!
