I do like the way Boris was telling us we shouldn't look down on 'menial' jobs, when there are criminals who are made to menial 'community service' as a punishment.
I read the news today oh boy! Page 1,330
It has just been announced that Paul Dacre, Editor of the Mail, has agreed a new contract. Proprietor Rothermere's great grandfather supported the Fascists in 1934.
Ralph Miliband was NOT a fan of many British institutions. Fine. Britain is principally its people. Arguably, several of the institutions are not fit for purpose.
But Ed isn't similar to Ralph. His Dad once joked that because both his sons had joined the Labour Party he felt he must have done something terribly wrong as a father.
Interestingly. brother David does not appear to have condemned the Mail in public. That tells you all you need to know about the lesser Miliband.
The Mail, though, has done Ed a favour. I have long held the belief he has more warmth than most politicians. It was just that the geek in him suggested otherwise. Now the public can see it better.
And given that, unusually, he didn't cheat on his expenses, he stands a reasonable chance of becoming PM. But Alastair Campbell needs to shut up. He could yet damage public sympathy with his ranting.

Chip in Charge-The new hilarious sit-com from Channel 6. Laugh as Chip slaughters the poor and unwashed. Guffaw as he appoints a Llama his chief advisor.

I think such a crude bit of character assassination and so badly researched is hopefully another sign, that the conservative ship of state is listing in the water.
I mean it's pitiful stuff, he wrote rude stuff in his diary as a 17 year old.
Then went onto have an apparently quite distinguished naval career. The Conservatives seem utterly panicked by UKIP and heading for the bottom.

Agree, with all of that, but particularly the bit about Campbell.
Same here. He popped up on my facebook feed earlier. There's no way Campbell can help Ed's credibility. I'm feeling more inclinded towards Labour every day, and the DM have a lot to do with that.

How hated are you by the Daily Mail?
I did this a little while ago. Unsurprisingly, as a single woman who does not like Michael Gove, I am not popular with the DM.
Bizarre a few one liners on the radio got me hated
That website is so pretty and sparkly!
I just had a look at the other stuff on there. 'Sex Toy or Beauty Product' is a good one!
