It could be that he's been devastated that his girlfriend of many years left him, and now he's desperately looking for an exact replacement.

He feels entitled to it, obviously. God, how awful would that be - David Cameron for another 6 years.

I'm sure his mouth is getting smaller by the week.

'Ever since his 2006 arrest for war crimes, Liberia's former President, Charles Taylor, has consistently claimed that he was an agent of the United States Central Intelligence Agency.

Now declassified US government documents have officially confirmed that Taylor was indeed an agent of the CIA and the US Defence Intelligence Agency for several decades.

The 63-year-old, who ruled his West African homeland from 1997 to 2003, is currently being tried at the United Nations Court in The Hague on multiple counts of civilian murders, rapes, and deploying underage soldiers during a brutal civil war in neighboring Sierra Leone.

United States of c**ts

I don't know about that as it is in the past and not here.

Today's announcement that working towards an overall surplus would prepare the country for the 'next rainy day' effectively shows that HMG is prepared to encourage another banking crisis. The banks can do what they like and we will bale them out again.

At the same time the 70 quid jobseekers allowance will go on to daily journeys to the job centres they ironically are saying they will close and unemployed people with PHDs will be sent out to collect litter at a "wage" lower than paid in banana republics.

The Tories loath and despise the working classes

And this recession is a godsend to them

It gives them the perfect excuse to take a big shit all over them

Don't get me wrong, a very small minority of them deserve a kick up the arse

But these scumbags tar everyone with the same brush

P.s. if there's so much litter and graffiti everywhere - pay people a f**king wage to clean it up - even if its minimum wage

:O ... Laughing out loud Laughing out loud Laughing out loud

I could do with a good laugh at the moment. Austin, we have a problem...

There's always exceptions that can be made, and everything is a case by case basis. It's also nice if the girl has a big heart and appreciates simples things

He seems to approach his quest as he would a good accountant. Even the bad grammar is quite appealing. Is this why Tim Berners-Lee invented the interweb?!

Now I'm not Adam Smith and I don't have an economics degree - which puts me level with Osborne - but isn't there an issue with effectively giving employers a free source of labour?

Namely that they'll take advantage of it, rather than actually employing people not as well as.

So more jobs come off the market because they're being filled by people who are doing it for free under Government job schemes. Which creates more unemployment.

The only winners are the employers exploiting free labour and the usual faces who get the contracts to "deliver" (read, defraud) the service for HMG.

Bascially most employers and certainly chains are on narrow profit margins, so when offered a chance to exploit their employees.
They do everytime.
Whetherspoons were recently giving their staff apprenticeships for 2 months, because they could pay them at a lower rate.#
It included how to wash your hands.

Didn't the Tories come up with YTS schemes too?

Make yoofs do shitty jobs nobody else wants and pay em' fck all for it

And paint it as 'training'

I'm sure the exploitative non-jobs for 'interns' are thriving. The GMB are currently taking the righteous people of the MOBO Awards to task, for using dozens of 'volunteers'.
Something like this happened during the London Olympics last year- unemployed people bussed in as low-paid stewards, and left to camp under flyovers.

Internships are even worse you get nothing, no benefits and sometimes even pay for the privillege.

It's a way of keeping plebs out of the blue chip professions

And we all know how much plebs like chips

Right kids?

There is something quite horrible about the deilght the Tories take in kicking the poor and vulnerable, while at the same time claiming it's for their own good. Thatcher's death seems to have galvanised them to reanimate her legacy.

Not read but watched - Panorama on Syria. F**k me what a mess.

I can't see there being any solution soon without intervention but then whoever intervenes is taking sides in a Shia/Sunni conflict.
