Started seeing my face in local press. I'm getting a little squeamish about it now, but not enough to not show you all:

Actually to have got as far as you have in a year is impressive stuff.

Keep impressing us.

Well done kid.

Ta. It's a bit of an odd one. There are going to be a couple of versions of the same because they're off a press release, and one or two radio things next week probably. It's a fairly good way of getting lots of local exposure for the gig considering I'm a complete unknown. It helps me and it helps the club but it all feels very weird and artificial.

I am and I'm not. The musical act is just over a year old, but I'm sure you all know I started doing stand up in 2010, so really I've been doing live comedy on and off for three years. I just came into it a lot more savvy the second time around which is why I'm on a faster pace.

Well done!
(Are you trying to get adopted by Sarah and Gary?)

I love how they have to put in your age. I would so have a showbiz age if I was famous. Not that you need one yet.

I'm actually 63.

What would your showbiz age be zooo?

Oh come now my standup careers had more lives than a lucky cat, with a 4 leafed clover.

You found your voice, you're doing well now permit me some unambiguos jealousy

21, of course!

Yep!

I'd opt for 27. It has a dark, brooding quality.

I've noticed it is fairly common with UK press to mention a persons age, it doesn't seem to matter if they are older or younger. I haven't noticed it so much here.

Especially if you're a 26 year old Rock Star. :(

Nice that your dress is gold like your picture frame.

It's for libel purposes - putting the age helps identity the exact Katie Price or Natalie Wicks the article is referring to. Not foolproof, of course.

Why Katie Price or Natalie Wicks? I'm not taking my top off!
