Teabags - Yorkshire or Barry's
Crisps - Walkers
Decent meat, and make my own beef burgers
But I'll have a go at most own brand stuff from Morrisons etc, though not so much the basic value stuff, it all looks so dull and unappetising....so I think advertising does count in that way.
What food are you "snobby" about? Page 3
HeY Lazzard what does it say on your underpants?

How patriotic.
Pies I'm a stickler for.
No offal coffins for Sootyj, must be proper meat in a proper casing and no transfats
I actually don't eat most of the pastry, so I leave my plate looking like my dinner was eaten by some sort of meat vampire.
Strawberries. They have to be British or Dutch. The others you get all year round (e.g. Spanish) are hard, colourless, tasteless and a rip off.

Horses for courses.

Do you mean by snobby... having taste?
Foie gras... very fussy 'bout my foie gras.
I really have to know that the duck or goose has properly suffered in order to produce it.
Some of the better producers of foie gras will kindly provide a DVD graphically showing the force-feeding process, in order to reassure discerning customers.
It may seem fussy, but I have my children to think of.

All I can say is... having the words 'thinking', 'children' and 'touching' in the same post will now probably earn you a visit from Operation Yewtree.
I just pray to God you weren't famous in the 70s. Spangles are already facing 30 years-to-life.
Trust me. I'm a primary school teacher. What harm can I do there?
Wine.
