Great series,even better than Man About The House at times IMO. I have started buying the series on DVD this year and currently on season 4. On a sad note it's a decade since John Ritter's passing. .
Three's Company
Three's Company is a great show. I think they used their source material better than any other US-UK remake. Mostly new scripts but keeping a couple of key jokes any time they remade a specific episode. Sanford and Son did the same thing when they used a Steptoe and Son script, but not to the same success.
John Ritter's son is staring in the Gavin and Stacey remake... maybe British re-interpretations run in the family.
