Well for obvious reasons I've been persuaded that the Americas cup is exciting.

Come on you Kiwis. I love seeing the Yanks get a good stuffing.

Same here. Especially after they beat us Swiss in the last America's Cup.
Chappers, can I have a word with you sometime? . . . .

Touché!
The Yanks just won a race. Still way behind the Kiwis though.

Yes, me too. I was ok with one Kiwi boat outracing the other Kiwi boat. It was when I saw, Deano, breaking down, I became teary-eyed and realised how difficult it was for Team NZ to be outgunned by the resources of, Larry Ellison.
I certainly loved the grace, beauty and speed of the Supercats. Foiling and nose diving, men falling into the drink. Sir Ben Ainslie was no doubt a welcome addition to the Oracle team and Jimmy Spithill was fab. Anyway, Kim Dotcom is putting his millions behind another Kiwi campaign and I think our next Government (hopefully Labour) will stump up with a little more dosh.
A lot of Kiwis are against what is perceived as an elitist sport, which ultimately benefits the rich, and while I understand what they are saying, the rich will always have benefits the peasants don't have and until us peasants revolt, the very least the rich can do is entertain us.
