It's nearly the weekend... At least that's what I keep telling myself, whist stressing about all the work stuff I've got to get done before then.

Ben has to do on call tonight as he left the work phone at home. D'oh!

Now trying to verify my address details online for the eletion on Saturday. Can't remember if I changed my details after the last time I moved or not.

There was a Christmas aisle in Tesco today!

Christmas is evil!

Arrrrrrgggg!

Well, it was kind of half an aisle. Christmas puddings, cakes, mince pies, chocolates and stuff.

They think no one will notice if they only do half an aisle.

I've seen Christmassy stuff out in August before!

It's only 3 pay days until Christmas (if you get paid at the end of the month). So it makes sense to have a few things in the shops early.

Early Christmas things NEVER make sense!

...and give me my winter depression in september.

If it was Christmas depression, that would make sense. But seeing a Christmas cake doesn't suddenly make it winter.

Today I sat by the river realizing that it was one of the last real summer days of the year (27 C)...hard times are coming for me knowing that the weather can only become worse.
