Maybe this guy fell off is wheelchair-thingy after trying to reach the Pepsi Light bottles.
I'm don't know how george's mind works but I'm sure there's some subtle irony or social commentary involved.
George, if you saw someone get hit by a bus, would you help, call an ambulance, or stand there pissing yourself laughing?
I know you won't answer. But I guess we don't need you to.

That's because everyone stood behind the photographer watching...and taking photos...
I did this when we had the riots a couple of years ago. I was waiting for the other hoodlums to do M, C and A.
