He's got absolutely no talent whatsoever.
He's not funny, he can't tell jokes, sing, dance or anything that I'm aware of (or want to be aware of).

I think what he's got is that some people find him likeable. He's also a reasonably confident presenter. And he has kitsch camp added value.
