Is Paul Really Dead? Page 4

On an infinitely more interesting subject than The Beatles, I noticed today that Ray's avatar gyrates far more quickly on a Mac than a Windows-based machine.

It's a shame half the Beatles are dead as if they'd have worked at it, they may have been as good as the Stone Roses one day. (A dig at Liverpool with love from Manchester)

I'd best get me a mac then! Cheers Aaron.

Don't forget. I played drums in a Beatle tribute band for about 10 years. The two songs i found hardest to copy were. A day in the life, and strawberry fields. I was convinced the drums in strawberry fields were overdubbed in the studio, until i was shown a video. Ringo was very underated.

I never really noticed the drums on Strawberry Fields before. They're ace! (thanks youtube.)

Sadly, the first version of that song I heard was Candy Flip's in the 90s. eek. (also on youtube) At the time, I thought they'd written it. :O

Laughing out loud Zooo that's the best reply I've read today. I remember that version - off to YT it. They were GORGEOUS if I remember them right.

EDIT: I'm referring off course to Strawberry Switchblade, not Candy Flip and they didn't even do Strawberry Fields. I'm having one of those weird days in the cranium :$

Ooh, proto-goths in lace and polka dots. 2:00 in there's a stunning sequence for psychoanalysis. Time for a long bath. Whistling nnocently

Ha!

Wow, gothalicious.
I see what you mean about the psychotherapy...

Can't be bothered to read all of the posts so apologies if this has already been said, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if Heather Mills had shagged a corpse. Let's face it... O, never mind.

Sleeping with the corpse? Oh leg-go!

I heard her leg was bitten off in a white knuckle cunnilingus frenzy...

Praps Paul is dead, with all the women available to him, would he really go for a monoped...

Imagine her hopping towards you stark naked, tits flying all over the place, stump flaps swinging back and forth..

Nahh I think the real Paul would have rather had a lamb shank.

I'm not sure whether to laugh or vomit. :-/

Wasn't Ringo in Rory Storm and the Hurricanes before the Beatles?

Nothing against hi but I just hate his "singing". from Octopusses Garden" to "Back off Boogaloo". I just couldn't see the point.

Now Mr Costello is by far the more preferable Elvis in my book. Especially around the time of "Trust" and "Imperial Bedroom" which was engineered by Geoff Emerick, the same bloke who did loads of Beatles stuff.
