I'm setting up a website and want to upload it to the web. What's the cheapest/best domain and hosting provider? I have a domain in mind and it's available.
I've had a very cursory look and one.com seem to provide a year free (well, for £9 it seems). I wonder if they are any good.

"Free domain forever" - does that mean, err, that once you've bought the domain it's yours forever even if you stop using them? I'd rather know that I'd bagged the domain permanently once I'd set it up. I don't know how it works.
