When I am not writing I like paintin

"Noisy Neighbours" is a commercial. That's no bad thing at all. This one, though, is on a different level. It's whimsical and, literally, art. I think there's whimsy in all of the clips you have posted. Some - and I don't mean this unkindly - are a little slight. But where you nail it, as you have done here, there is a strong sense that you have a clear vision and some justified confidence in your overall approach.
You may appreciate that your work is not the norm in 2013. If I were in your shoes, what would concern me is the likely reception from overly trend-conscious Colonel Blimps. That could be a problem in terms of commissions. On the other side of the coin, what you are doing is radical. I am a firm believer in the idea of "slower and gentler" as an antidote to what has long been an overly conservative hardness and pace.
Its time will come. In the meantime, there is enough intrigue in your films to want to wonder what's coming next. I hope you post more of them. Good luck - and keep it all moving on your own terms!
Thanks for the feedback Horseradish, I glad you liked the paintin video, I know what you mean when you say they are slight, some of my friends would use harsher words than that and I would agree totally with them.
And I see where your coming from regarding Colonel Blimps, technically I have big issues, I can't act, my camera angles and shots are illegal in the trade, my lighting and sound all need attention, but I decided a while ago I was not going to get over concerned with that (though I do try to learn and get better) as it was just for YouTube and I would never end up making any videos, and I really enjoy making them. I used to write a lot of poems years ago and when I finished I would turn the page over and start a fresh one, now when I write something, I am not happy unless I turn it into a video, then I have closure on that one and can move on.
Thanks again for the feedback I appreciate your comments,

Thanks for your reply. I am no technician but feel that you shouldn't be overly self-critical. Given your resources, I think your films are impressive and that there's a clear indication of real substance.
