Worst comedy in the world. Page 3

I watched that. It reminded me of serious alcoholics going through a hard detox. It was unfunny that was so intense it was a bit scary.

Curt, so one assumes your a LABOUR VOTER?? I do hope your sticking pins in your bollocks at least 10 times a day for the f**king awful state this country has been put in by your vote.

Right, now let's sit back and wait for some ripped of comments about Maggie from some middle class c**t that thinks it's their divine right to ''help'' the working classes.....

F**k the miners, they held the country to ransom, and FUCKED IT UP!

If they had not been put in their place , we would all be huddled round a f**king candle for light n heat, .... except some retired people STILL ARE!!
most of them born and bred here ,and possibly all ex labour voters....

I detest all politicians, but I know who has shit in their own backyard in the last ten years.

The new statesman is my fave factual comedy .

Most of them born here? Oh dear one does seem to be a little angry. To be honest I grew up in 80s. I remember under Thatcher hospitals hiring freezer vans for all the pensioners who died of the flu, and a tax so monstorusly unfair it lead to violent riots amongst other things.

Labor isn't much better, and I'd love to see Liberals win. It would be hilarious, as they are cowered at the thought of doing something for once.

It's not politicians it's that we're a terminally selfish, and crass society who cares about nothing but property prices. People get the government they deserve and I guess we deserve Thatcher, Blair, and Brown stain.

n.b. if it wasn't for immigrant workers, doing jobs English people won't do (even when the money, and hours are good), our ailing economy would have gone tits up years ago.

Sorry pal you barking up the wrong tree..or should I say wrong country. Check my
location...or even the large Canadian banner that says "Canadian" on it. I suppose I'll need to turn my icon into a maple leaf to help you out but I'm guessing you'll probably ignore that as well. :P
p.s. I didn't make any claims against the Conservative party, I said Conservative humour isn't funny, and that I believe is true Whistling nnocently

Scary Movie 2. End of discussion.

I...I liked Scary Movie 2. :$
Father McFeely: How is she?
Mrs. Voorhees: It's gotten worse Father. She won't eat. She won't talk. The child won't let me touch her.
Father McFeely: Yes, sometimes you have to give them candy.

Come on that's funny!

Oh and Curt, you should be using conservative-with-a-small-c. No confusion then. :)

Scary Movie 2 any film that encourages scary clowns, to have forcibly nasty things done to them under the bed is alright.

It was alright, in a kind of rough and ready way (and the brain on drugs scene rocked).

Scary Movie3 now that sucked.

And in advance the Maddy McCanne movie, I'm sure they'll be some ill thought out comedy moments in it.

Note taken Aaron.
And as a second note...I thought All the Scary Movies were funny :D

I'm sorry but how did the miners hold the country to ransom? Don't you think a policy that means we now can and are be held to ransom by Russians because they control the gas a little stupid?
We have 120 years worth of the stuff left. The british coal still being mined is at a similar price to that of imported coal, and is generally of better quality. Its also cheaper than gas, nuclear or any renewable. And its actually greener than gas too.
I don't have a particular interest in politics as its a little dull, but I hate the attitude that things are always getting worse. People were saying the same sort of things in Victorian times.
There is actually one way to measure if things are getting better and that's average life expectancy. And guess what you'll probably live 2 years more under a labour government than you would have Thatcher.
I'm not being party political, because if the smug Cameron gets in it will still conntinue to improve. Just I hate this 'Its all rubbish' attitude.

That's nothing to do with politics though.

Nah it isn't to do with politics. I just find vehment views towards a political party a little stupid as they really have very little effect. I do hate the attitude that its all going wrong though, because its stupid and wrong.

Labour and Tory are much of a muchness in reality, so being pro/anti one is just a waste of time.

Oh I dunno, some of the arguments and examples people put forwards (both as progress and reverse) are stupid, but there is some truth to it. Take the often-noted rise in antisocial behaviour, lack of discipline, all this kind of malarkey. There are of course many factors, but I don't think that the EU/Labour human rights legislation is entirely blameless. Kids know what they can get away with and really push the boundaries. But teachers can only do so much or they'll be accused of violating the child's human rights by embarrassing them in front of their friends by telling them off, or removing their right to an education when they're thrown out of the classroom for hitting someone else. I reckon half of the appeals and high-profile civil suits over the past few years must have some ridiculous abuse of 'human rights' legislation as their main argument. It's all well and good to give people these rights, but they're being abused in favour of the law-breakers and trouble-makers.

One suspects Peri you're either being very deep, or very shallow?

I'm about as deep as a puddle of poodle-piss sooty.
