Kind Hearts And Coronets trivia

The film is loosely based on the 1907 Roy Horniman novel Israel Rank: The Autobiography Of A Criminal. In the book the title character, Israel Rank, is half-Jewish rather than half-Italian, parodying antisemitic feelings at the time.

Uncredited, Nancy Freeman-Mitford also worked on the Kind Hearts And Coronets script.
