Life is complicated for Gregory. Not only has he been demoted to goalie by his school football coach, he now idolises his replacement. The trouble is, everyone else does too.
While his friends look on, he slowly gets to work on winning the heart of the school's first female footballer, Dorothy. But all's not fair in love and football and it's possible he'll be overlooked as the competition is stiff and his charm is nil. Gregory still has high hopes of scoring.
