When the top secret Formula X is stolen by operatives from STENCH (the Society for the Total Extinction of Non-Conforming Humans), the British Secret Service resolves to recover it at any cost.

The task at hand would be a simple one for any half-competent agent. Unfortunately, the only personnel available for the mission are a group of new recruits and office idiot Desmond Simkins. As the eager but incompetent group set out on the formula's trail, what could possibly go right?
