My published experience to date is in the realm of "adult magazines", but my true passion is comedy. I read VIZ and rate THE FALL AND RISE OF REGINALD PERRIN as the best sitcom ever. I'm also a big Monty Python fan, even if a lot of their stuff is hit and miss. How I wish I had written THE LIFE OF BRIAN! Comedy just doesn't get more perfect.
What I have written is an orginal sitcom called COOLBRAINE. It is set in a fictional Irish village and lovers of FATHER TED - of whom I am one - would surely appreciate the mix of surrealism an slapstick, with just a hint of black comedy. All I need now is the appreciation of the kind of people who commission such comedy.
Being a fan of LITTLE BRITAIN and the FAST SHOW, I also fancy myself as a sketch writer. My sketches sit with my sitcom script on my PC, just waiting to be taken out and given a jolly good thrashing.
