Book review: Where Did I Go Right? by Geoff Norcott

Geoff Norcott is, of course, now successful enough to be considered middle-class himself and undoubtedly has many left-wing comics amongst his friendship circle. None of which should detract from this sometimes funny, enjoyable and often useful book which is packed with useful phrases such as, "when you demonise a voter, you lose them forever" which many of us would do well to remember.

Comedian Lee Hurst has been suspended from Twitter after tweeting that Professor Chris Whitty being grabbed in a park was "not enough". The stand-up, one of the stars of hit BBC panel show They Think It's All Over in the late 90s, was widely criticised for the post.

Charlie And Stan tour announces cast and dates

Casting and new tour dates have been revealed for Told By An Idiot's hit comedy Charlie And Stan.

Opening on tour at Theatre Royal Bath on 17th July, the piece will then visit the Minack Theatre in Cornwall for an official press night on 2nd August.
