Vicki Michelle: I earned just 220 a go for 'Allo 'Allo
Playing the role of Yvette was, as Gordon Kaye, my late co-star said, my pension. We weren't paid that well for the actual filming - around £220 per episode with only 10 per cent increases on fee year-on-year until we all stuck together and said we wanted to be paid more. Now I get money from the repeats but it is very variable.

Shazia Mirza, The Guardian, 20th July 2014Latitude review: Vikki Stone
As skilled on the piano as she is on the mic, Stone’s performance deserves more than a polite round-of-applause between songs â€" but that’s all she gets today.
Andrew Dipper, Giggle Beats, 20th July 2014Latitude review: Miles Jupp
He ends today’s set with a playful routine about being recognised â€" as Archie â€" on a train. It’s enjoyable enough, though stops short of being laugh-out-loud funny, which kind of sums up Jupp’s set today.
Andrew Dipper, Giggle Beats, 20th July 2014Latitude review: Dara O’Briain
There’s no question that O’Briain is a star, but happily has not been content to rest on his comedy laurels.
Nic Wright, Giggle Beats, 20th July 2014Review: Cariad Lloyd and Louise Ford at Latitude

Steve Bennett, Chortle, 20th July 2014Review: Tommy Tiernan at Latitude
Tiernan might have dropped more f-bombs in his first five minutes than in Quentin Tarantino’s entire ouvre, but he makes a convincing argument for why swearing is such an implicit, explicit part of the Irish tongue.
Steve Bennett, Chortle, 20th July 2014Review - Margaret Thatcher: Queen Of Soho
This loud, brash camp extravaganza has all the subtlety of a Trident missile, with bawdy double entendres and cheesy, prophetic asides loudly telegraphed and never knowingly undersold.
Steve Bennett, Chortle, 20th July 2014Review: Miles Jupp at Latitude
Jupp’s set did seem under-appreciated by this festival crowd, who tended to let sparkling lines wash gently over them, rather than reacting with the guffaws such brilliant writing deserved.
Steve Bennett, Chortle, 20th July 2014Note to self of the future: did we get it right?
A better, greener Scotland, free of any discrimination towards the disabled, and a country capable of inspiring pride in every native heart. The exercise will feed into an innovative Scottish Youth Theatre production, Now's The Hour, which will be staged at the Edinburgh Fringe next month.
