When their second client, Elroy, deems their assisted-suicide operation amateurish, Scott decides if they're going to be a legitimate business they've got to start acting like one. He drags his bumbling group to a business seminar, where things get even more unprofessional.
Meanwhile, Cozzo has to convince his pregnant wife Debbie that he'll find some way to make enough money to support their burgeoning family. And Joey learns that he still has gambling debts to pay off, but as punishment has to sadistically punish someone else.
