Valentine's Day 2015 - Video Comedy Sketches

It's the day of love. Although, that said, not all British comedians are in the mood for celebrating Valentine's Day in the traditional manner. Below are the new sketches that we've spotted this year...

Simon's Cat

Another great sketch from English animator Simon Tofield. It's only been on the internet a little while, but will soon be past the 1m viewers mark!

Dredge & Hibbett - The Date

John Dredge and Mark Hibbett tell a charming story in just 17 seconds:

The Perfect Present

A sketch by Dipak Patel, starring Jenny Bede, Brendan Murphy and Amir Khoshsokhan. It shows that you need to be delicate when giving your loved one a present:

Birthday Girls - Valentine

A moving short film from director Kate Herron, starring sketch trio Birthday Girls. This has picked up nominations at film festivals worldwide.

get al ur Valuntines suff

A low-fi advert from James Shakeshaft and David L E Davis:

Ashens - Valentine Commerce Fun!

Stuart Ashen misses the days when games made no sense and the instructions were more interested in telling you a pointless back story than actually how to play the game...

The Cool Beans Guide to Dating

These dudes know everything. Pay attention:

Mixed Doubles - Dating Profiles

Sketch from Mixed Doubles involving the video dating profiles of Chris and Toby.

Bloody Comedy - Dinner For Two

Observe as these too people meet up for the first time. It doesn't seem to be going too well?

Nick Helm - Uncle

BBC Three has cut together this video of clips from its hit sitcom Uncle (starring Nick Helm) to help show you not what to do:
